30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Blushenne. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
STARTING A RETURN
Contact us through our Contact page before returning an item. If approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval might not be accepted. Do not return products to the address shown on the original package unless Blushenne specifically instructs you to do so.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs or video of the problem when possible.
After reviewing the issue, Blushenne will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution. Blushenne will cover approved return costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
For approved returns not caused by damage, a defect, or our error, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.
NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
Used items, items returned after 30 days, items missing their original packaging, and gift cards cannot be returned, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card provider to post the refund. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.
