These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blushenne online store and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

  1. ONLINE STORE ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You may not use our store or products for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  1. STORE PLATFORM

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products to you. Blushenne remains responsible for its products, policies, customer service, and these Terms.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other details accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting.

Product information, availability, prices, and quantities may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors when reasonably necessary.

  1. ORDERS

An order confirmation means that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, or shipping restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout when required.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, contact, and delivery information.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, address corrections, and shipping restrictions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, fulfillment partners, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, damaged or incorrect products, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may not:

The Blushenne name, branding, store design, original photographs, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Blushenne.

This content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where allowed by law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, and social-media platforms.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Blushenne is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

  1. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

You grant Blushenne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

  1. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Store information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.

We may correct these issues and update information or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary. If a paid order is canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued.

  1. DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any product warranty is limited to a warranty expressly provided by Blushenne or required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blushenne will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the store or its products.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access to the store for material misuse or violation of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Blushenne is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Updates apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively change completed purchases unless permitted by law.
